Will the "Top Kill" Procedure Work?

Watching CNN.

BP has began its operations to "top-kill" the massive leak.

I hope it works.

If not, I cannot imagine the damage to the environment.

Nope. It failed and "Top Kill" is the best option. The price the environment and the people living in that area is going to pay will be horrendous and will be for years to come, if not decades.
